In the modern organizational settings, employees from diverse generational cohorts increasingly work in close proximity. This intergenerational interaction reflects the ongoing demographic changes in the labor market, where age diversity has become a defining feature of the current workforce. This co-existence of employees from different age groups within the workplace brings a range of benefits - including the integration of broader perspectives and opportunities for mutual learning. However, age diversity also presents notable challenges - including age discrimination, which remains a predominant issue, affecting how employees are perceived, valued, and treated within the organizational environment. This research adopts a systematic literature review (SLR) methodology to investigate how age diversity in the workplace influences individual-level outcomes. By critically analysing existing empirical and theoretical contributions, the present research aims at offering insights on how diverse age groups interactions shape the single employee experience and perception within the organizational context. Ultimately, the research seeks to offer new perspectives for a more inclusive organizational practices that effectively leverage age diversity while mitigating its potential challenges.

Abstract
Ultimately, the research seeks to offer new perspectives for a more inclusive organizational practices that effectively leverage age diversity while mitigating its potential challenges.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
