Letteratura e disabilità: tra forme narrative e prospettive inclusive

The thesis examines the metamorphosis of disability representation in literary tradition, from antiquity to contemporary youth literature, highlighting the shift from stigmatizing stereotypes to empathetic portrayals and how visual literacy and Universal Design for Learning support the creation of inclusive, relational narratives. La tesi analizza la metamorfosi della rappresentazione della disabilità nella tradizione letteraria, dall’antichità alla narrativa contemporanea per giovani, evidenziando il passaggio da stereotipi stigmatizzanti a ritratti empatici e come visual literacy e Universal Design for Learning favoriscano la costruzione di narrazioni inclusive e relazionali.
